The Jewish Yoga and Meditation Awards are a way to recognize superb and outstanding teachers within the field of embodied spirituality. There are many ways to connect to Jewish wisdom, and across the world there is a thirst to explore non-traditional methods.
“Embodied Spirituality” includes the practices of yoga and meditation, using Torah and Biblical sources along with physical, movement and breath techniques.
